Register/ Edit a Meeting

If you have started a new Face-to-Face OA meeting and would like it to be listed in the Ottawa District Intergroup (ODIG) Meeting List, please contact our Publications Committee chair at publications@oa-ottawa.ca and provide the following information:

Meeting ID – generated by World Service Office (WSO) when you register your meeting on oa.org – see note below
Day
Time
Format of meeting – what literature is used
Location – full address including room number if applicable
Contact name and phone number
Indicate if it is accessible (for mobility-challenged members if face-to-face)

NOTE: You must register your meeting with WSO – oa.org/add-a-meeting – before listing it with ODIG. If you need guidance, please contact the Publications Committee chair.

Edit a Meeting

If you need to edit your meeting please provide the relevant changes to publication@oa-ottawa.ca. You must also update the meeting details on WSO oa.org/add-a-meeting/edit-a-meeting
